Wildlife: | Lapa moorland (Agouti Taczanowski) machicolation deer (Mazama rufina), spectacled bear (Spectacled Bear), peccary (Tayassu pecan), Anteater (Giant Anteater), ocelot (Felis pardalis), mapanare (Bothrops atrox), coral (Micrurus sp .) liana (Oxybelis sp.). | Flora: | The dominant families are the Bignoniaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Lauraceae, Myrtaceae and Rubiaceae. The dominant tree species are the mijao (Anacardium excelsum), lodgepole pine laso (Decussocarpus sp.), The jabillo (Hura crepitans), Guam (Inga sp.), Cedar (Cedrela odorata), laurel (Ficus maxima) and yagrumo (Cecropia peltata).
