Wildlife: | Among the mammals are the manatee (Trichechus manatus) and otter (Lutra longicaudis), among reptiles the anaconda (Eunectes murinus), the American Crocodile (Crocodylus acutus), the Orinoco crocodile (Crocodylus intermedius), among the birds chenchena (Hoatzin) and variety of fish. | Flora: | Mangle (Rhizophora mangle.
